I am an ACE certified personal trainer since 1998. Join me for a private personal training class in my studio where we will work with you based on your current fitness levels and goals. After discussing your personal history and goals, I will provide you with an individual program design which can include strength and resistance training, cardio-vascular work, flexibility and balance exercises. I also run weekly fitness training classes. Sunday morning from 8AM-9AM in a group setting on the beach where we have fun and get fit. It’s only an hour on and you will
be on your way for an energized day. I lead Zoom fitness classes on weekdays for business that utilize a corporate fitness programs as well as Strength for Kids after school program since 2005.
