It is a privilege to be able to work out on the beach with such a dedicated and motivated group of women. Cindi makes class varied and fun. I look forward to class every week!

I have been training with Cindi for several years, I started her workout class in the park and continue to attend the class plus I have a private lesson during the week. I am a runner, half and full marathons. Cindi is also an experienced runner and knows the weights and exercises I need to perform in order to make my core stronger so I benefit and improve my running. She also makes sure that I perform the stretches that help me to stay injury free. When I am working with her I never feel that I will become injured. She is very knowledgeable and cautious with us. She makes sure our form is correct when performing in her classes. She is focused and expects you to give all that you can, but at the same time understands that everyone is at a different level. It doesn’t matter how many girls are in the class she has the experience and ability to work and push each one to the level that they are capable of. I have and will continue to train with Cindi and refer her to all, plus she is a very warm and compassionate person that you want to spend time with, even if she is pushing you to the max.

Cindi is magic.

A 2day-a-week workout has brought me to 20 lbs or so lighter and in much better shape than ever. 24/7 she is in my head encouraging me, supporting me, and helps me to feed the whole family better. We eat slower. We can hear her say “If you don’t love it, don’t waste calories on it!” She’s helped me to realize my Strength and flexibility. Having a trainer who is a brilliant and beautiful friend helps. She is professional and educated. I went to physical Therapy for an arthritic knee. Cindi was already having me do all of the exact same exercises. Now I am pain free. If there is pain from strain, she changes the exercises. I don’t weigh myself everyday anymore. Such freedom I have never known.

I have been attending Cindi Gans’ Strength Sundays class consistently for over 7 years. I am never bored. She is very organized to keep a variety of classes …always a new segment. She understands how important basics are: warm up, keeping the heart rate up, cool down, and stretch. I believe her class has helped keep me from injury since I am a runner. I also think my posture has improved drastically. I know that I am complemented on my stature-owed to Strength Sundays class with Cindi Gans!
